Our service begins with understanding our clients requirements.  We marry this with our knowledge of retail and leisure markets, monitoring national and local requirements, rental levels, and keeping track of wider trends in the market. With this knowledge we aim to offer high quality, honest advice to our clients.

Our advice will include what type of occupier might suit your property (e.g. restaurant, food, retail, estate agency, cafe) down to targeting a specific operator, such as a national retail chain like Starbucks, Franco Manca or Fat Face,or a local independent butcher or start up bakery shop. As part of our service we will provide an estimated rental value (ERV) for the subject property. We have details of rental evidence collected over many years to assist in providing our rental assessment.

Another important part of our service is contacts – our directors have a combined 60 years in the industry! As a result we have a large directory of business occupiers, retailers, restaurateurs, landlords, agents, solicitors and contractors to call upon. If we are unable to assist in answering your query it’s very likely we know someone else who can!
