Jamie Stirling-Aird

Jamie Stirling-Aird started his career in publishing, gaining a good grounding in sales, marketing and publicity. Having decided on a career change, he went on to study a property Masters at Kingston University before joining private retail practice Hammond Phillips. There he worked primarily in the agency department focusing on retail acquisitions and disposals.

Since co-founding Black Stanniland in 2010 Jamie has worked alongside a number of retailers in acquiring new stores. He has also acquired a number of head offices around the UK. Retail clients include Kuoni Travel, Seven Garcons and Evolve Skateboards. In addition Jamie continues to work with both landlords and occupiers in disposing of retail premises  – clients include Sainsbury’s, Winston Group PLC and Coral Racing.

Jamie is married and lives in Surrey. Outside of work Jamie enjoys craft beer, cinema, cycling, rugby and cricket and is also known to play the bagpipes from time to time!
