Black Stanniland have successfully completed a freehold sale of the former Santander branch in High Street, Rickmansworth. This was an off market transaction to an investor on a vacant possession basis. We also negotiated a surrender of Santander’s lease at a significant premium. The combined value achieved for our private landlord client is equivalent to a 5% gross yield.
