We’re delighted to have secured Tongue & Brisket, a salt beef bar, at 23 Goodge Street on behalf of a private landlord client. Tongue and Brisket have taken a new 15 year lease at a rent of £75,000 pax. They plan to open in late July 2018 and this will be their third store in central London.
