I recently walked 84 miles from the Bowness-on-Solway to Wallsend (Newcastle) over 4 days along Hadrian’s Wall, which is the largest surviving Roman monument in Northern Europe.
All was in the aid of charity Free the Bears, who have been rescuing bears from the sickening bile production in Asia for over 20 years.
