- We commenced negotiations on the preferred unit, a former Fish Brothers site close to L’Occitane, Next and Zara.
The Result
The acquisition was completed in September 2014 in time for Kuoni to open prior to Christmas and was on the basis of an assignment of an existing lease. A 15 month rent free period was secured following negotiations.
