We received instructions from Coral Racing Limited to secure a new tenant on a sublet shop on Clifton Road, Maida Vale, where the existing tenant had gone into administration.

- We advised our client on a marketing campaign covering local independent retailers and national occupiers.
- Following a short period of marketing we had a lot of interest in the unit and we were able to secure offers from a variety of occupiers including retailers, restaurants and estate agents.
The Resut
Cook Food took a new sub-lease at a rent of £45,000 per annum, with one month’s rent free and were open for trading towards the end of 2014.
